Johnston (RI) Little League Home of 2023 16u District 1 Champions

Congratulations to former Johnston Little League star Nick Raposo for signing with the St. Louis Cardinals! Coincidently, Nick's former JLL team was also the Cardinals and now the young catcher will get an opportunity to live out every Little Leaguer's dream of being a professional baseball player. Raposo hit .366 for the Wheaton Lyons with a .945 OPS in 131 college games. He becomes the ninth Wheaton baseball student-athlete to sign a pro contract. Good luck Nick!
